Canon 10D camera problem with Quantum QT4 Qflash

I just purchased a Quantum Qt4 flash and I noticed that sometimes it will stop flashing when I trip the shutter and I have to go to the power pack and turn it off and then back on to get the flash to work again....anybody else out there having a problem with their 10D in combination with the Qt4 Qflash??

I use the Q Flash T2D with my 10D with no problems. I would call Quantum on monday and ask.
