hallo,
I'm new to this forum. I'm Dutch, English is my tirth language, so if i don't express myself good, or if I don't understand something, please don't be angry
A couple of months ago I restored my oldtimer (a VW beetle). I took plenty of foto's, but the first ones I didn't notice my flash didn't go of. So now I'm really disapointed not having any photo of how badly damaged my car was. could someone help me out please??

I have more but those ones I believe are really useless.
can someone tell me if they are useless, or if someone can make a nice shot out of them. :?
Thanks a million :D

These photos are pretty bad, you don“t have any information on the shadows, but in the middle range there is some... as documentation i think they going to be useful, just as that...
regards.

The photo required a lot of Photoshop work which approximately followed these steps:
--setting white/black point
--removal of blue-green color cast
--noise/grain removal
--adjusting contrast
--adjusting colors/saturation
--sharpening

Well...you are quite welcome.
It would help if you mentioned the true color of the inside of the car. I assumed it was white.
As already mentioned, there is really no detail in the shadows of the image. They are shadows not because the image is underexposed but rather because the light only illuminates a small portion of the scene.
I'm sure this image has a place in your heart, but it really has little image detail hidden beneath the shadows and overwhelming color cast. Time to move on... :)

Nice job maderito. I gave it a whirl but couldn't come up to your standards.

ssim -
Thanks for the feedback. I didn't want to confess how much time it took to massage that image back to life. Let's both send bbugbug_be a bill for our effort - at the special hourly rate for new forum members. :D
