I think part of the problem here is that you used flash-fill. I could be wrong but that's my suspicion. The camera is interpretting the light coming from the flash as cloudy skies, and would then, affect the white balance.

In this instance, I probably would have gone with a monopod/tripod to help stabilize for the shot. And not used flash-fill. Oftentimes, AWB will do better (at least I've found that to be the case w/ p&s type of camera).

The photo seems underexposed (probably due to the flash-fill).

Even the pics that didnt use fill-flash came out like that though.

FN01R-C?

Anyhoo... what do you mean whats wrong with the picture? If its exposure try metering off the car. You may blow out the sky but from that point you can play with the settings to get something to your liking.

Hi, there.

I thought it was a fine picture, no grossly
unsalvageable blownout highlights. Not
having blownout highlights is the most
important part.

You just need to put it through a few Photoshop
adjustments and filters. Hope you don't mind my
trying a version -- it took me all of one minute
to do this, I'm sure you could tweak it to your
liking:

Or try this (this pic is a perfect candidate for
this sort of thing):

That is one nice 200/S14 - belongs to a drifter no doubt?! And a nice capture too!

To my eyes anyway, what with Cadenzas subtle mods it almost looks like its come from a DSLR! 8)

Nice PS work ...

... however, the colour in the last one is a bit off

You could also think about using a circular polarizer ... although it also won't do much with overcast skies like that.

Best regards,
Andy

Don't remember exact percentages, but is was something
like USM for contrast enhancement, curves, photofilters,
saturation, etc. To change car color I used color range + tool.
For heavy duty manipulation, RAW/16-bit gives you much
more flexibility.
