Senior Picture Advice/Book?

I'm being asked to shoot some outdoor senior pictures. I've not done a lot of potrait stuff. Can anyone point me to a good book or website for some tips about posing and other information?

I thought senior pictures were simply portraits of seniors. If you have done a lot of portrait stuff then just do that, but with a senior in the shot. :)

Seriously, what specifically do you need to know beyond portrait knowledge?
