Turning the Rocks

I found nothing but flies today, so for a change of pace I turned over some rocks in the yard. Found this cut worm curled up underneath one, and after poking him, he started to uncurl. Don't know what the turd on him is.

Very sharp, good DOF. A bit freaky. I thought they looked a bit gross from a far, up close and personal makes me happy they aren't larger than they are.

Good capture! The first one almost looked like a cool shell.
