What type of packages do you offer?

Do you give a CD with your packages?

Do you use la-carte pricing style?

I guess my real question is, If you use la carte and package pricing together, how much more is your la carte prices?

Chances are you will not get many answers here as the answers you receive here probably will not be very useful. You really need to compare what your market/competition is doing and what you are offering to come up with a price for what you want to offer.
