Just got this WA zoom and gave it a good test recently. This shot would have been impossible without the 12mm as I was backed up against another building. I like the clouds reflecting off the glass curtainwall.

I have that lens and I love it. The first time I saw one was on a Sigma SD10 that someone was trying to sell me. I remember being quite unimpressed with the camera, but completely blown away by the lens.

I first used it on the 10D (1.6X crop), and it made for a very nice wide angle lens. On the Mk II, (1.3X crop), it's amazing.

The link doesn't work for me ... the red x is not any wider than on a normal lens

Best regards,
Andy

It appears to be an access problem with pbase. My first attempt with this service. I did a quick check and see no reason why it shouldn't load. I'll try again tonight and if I can't figure it out I will give up on pbase and try a different service.

I also got the red X, but was able to see the shot by copying the address and going directly to it in the browser.

I saw a snippy remark on pbase that says I might have to pay for their service to link to it. The nerve!

Try Fotki.com. They have a limited free service. For $30/year I think they are well worth the Premium Service. I've had no problems and am VERY pleased with the features they provide including printing and selling.

Check out my link below.

I'll check it out. I am in the process of sampling different sharing services before I settle on one.

Try one of my links below & see what you think of free photobucket.

It's showing up for me. It's another free hosting service that is as barebones as can be.
