I'm sure everyone is sick to death of Laguna Seca threads by now, but I'm posting anyway! :) Here are a handful of my better shots from the weekend. These were taken with a 5D and my 100-400 lens.

Take it easy on me, I'm a complete newb.

I think you did a great job. I like the glowing rotor on the C6R. Keep it up

Interesting shot of the Panoz going off... the lights through the gravel make it very cool.

I take it you used a flashgun for some of these from looking at the number on the C6R. Which one did you use?

Thanks Todd. I just wish it had been in focus. One of the problems I consistently have is that I'll have the camera shutter set for panning at 1/60th or whatever and then something like that will happen and in my scramble to catch the action my shutter is just too slow for the focal length.

It was taken with the 430EX. I used the 580EX II at Road Atlanta a couple weeks earlier and I thought the results were much better. Here's another shot from Laguna, with the flash.

The BMW in the last shot ... excellent. All those curves and the colour matching. Can't decide whether it looks perfect as it is or if a little PP to pump up the colours would help. Nonetheless ... Cracking !
