I'm on the hunt for a 24-70 2.8 when I go to the US next month. I would like to know where I can find some good retailers in LA and Vegas. Where would you guys recommend.

In the L.A. area, you have Samy's and Canoga Camera. The only one I've been to in Vegas was Lamb's Camera on Sahara. They seemed to be pretty good.

The camera shops here in Vegas to visit is
Sahara Camera's on Sahara & Eastern
Casey's Cameras on Tropicana & Spencer
& of course Lambs
of course the first two covers most of the pros in southern Nevada but their prices is not a bargan it's normal retail in fact I've even ordered from Samy's to save $$$

Samy's main store on Fairfax Avenue. They have more inventory than the branch stores.
