I like the colors, not to mention the nice pose and great details. Well indeed done Gary.

That gets a chuckle from me -- I'm used to seeing them perch on one leg, but that shot makes you wonder if he might be perched on the stump, like a human might do!

Very interesting indeed!

I like the BG colors and the way the trees in the water lay across the picture breaking up the colors.
And the light is fantastic! Has a great feel to it for me :)

I would frame it!

Going to a wildlife refuge in the morning where Herons are known to be hanging around. If I can get a shot half as good as yours I will be pleased.
