I took this photo at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. I apologise for the grainy look, but they didn't allow flash photography, so I had to set the ISO setting to 400 to eliminate camera shake. Anyway, I like this photo, but I feel like it's too boring or something. I did minor post-processing, adjusting levels, but that's it. I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas. Thanks!

When taking indoor photographs without flash I almost always have to compensate for the yellowish cast. If the background was actually whiter, I'd try adjusting the hue a bit bluer. Other than that, I really like your composition. The graininess, doesn't bother me in the least.
Have you tried it in B&W? You may have to increase the contrast for that, but it might be nice.

Would it be possible to have someone hold a card (or white sketchpad) to reflect light into the shadows?
