Question about Getty images

I recently found some images of myself on Getty Images. One was in the AFL and one was back in College. I have ZERO pictures of myself from college.

How the heck could I get a high res picture for myself? I don't see an option. I emailed them and never got a response back.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Geez over 200 dollars for an image of myself :( It seems I am unable to actually get the image for personal use. It is only for commercial use :(
