Crop half way and keep the right side.

I am not sure that I like the fact that they are leaning. Fix that in Photoshop?

Additionally - in a different way - the shot seems out of balance. I would have moved to the left and shot from a spot more centrally between the towers. Also, now that I look again at it, I also would have moved to the right and shot from directly under the wires on the right, but still had the left towers in the shot.

Your perspecitve correction does not look quite right. It seems to make them look like they are falling backwards.

Did you try something like this?:

In this case I corrected each tower *individually* and even rotated the one on the left. It was a quickie botch job, and if you go that route, pay more attention to matching the legs on the left tower than I did. But still, I think that this is a bit more pleasing in the perspective department, yes?

how did you rotate the one tower?

In Elements 2.0 I just "Selected" an area around the tower using the rectangle tool.

Then I pressed Ctrl+C to copy followed by Ctrl+V to paste. Now you will have a layer that has only the tower in it. That layer can be moved and rotated by using the "Move" tool, as well as Skewed by selecting Image from the drop down menu and Transform from the submenu. Just make sure that that layer is selected in your Layers Pallate.

To clean up the edges of the layer, use the Erase tool, with a soft edge to blend the tower layer with the background layer.

Before you save it as a Jpg, select Layers from the drop down menu and Flatten Image from the submenu.

Here is an example with the Tower layer rotated, skewed and moved.
