Howdy!

New user here... I've had my Canon S200 for about a since April 2003 and I love it. I've got a gallery online Richard's Gallery (http://www.noprivilege.com/gallery/richard).

I guess my most famous would be this one:

That was taken during severe thunderstorms here in Dallas on the night of June 1, 2004. It was used for a while on the the web site for a local TV station. :)

Cool gallery! Way too many pictures to look at all at once, but I love the shot you chose as the highlight for the Night Gallery. And the big mansion in North Dallas.

This is a great forum, you'll enjoy it!

PS. Post a few from the Dallas car show and you'll make lots of friends here fast. I don't know what that pewter-coloured Pontiac is but it sure is sweet.

This was taken with my old 35mm film carmera, a Pentax IQZoomEZY.

Here's the highlight for the Night Gallery.

There'll be even more images when I get back from the Alaska cruise that starts next Friday! I can't wait! 8) 8)

rhuntington3,

The Dallas thunderstrom shot is incredible. You are the birthday guy on that TiVo forum aren't you?

I'm new here too (1st post). I just bought a Canon A70 - CP200 printer bundle from outpost.com (for an incredible price of $199). It just arrived today, and I am very excited about this camera. The batteries are charging now. What an incredible feature set!

Enjoy your cruise and I'll look forward to seeing more of your photos when you return.

I really love this little camera! I just hope I am lucky enough to avoid the dreaded e18 error - which is about the most common complaint about this camera.

Yup, I'm the Happy Birthday guy. I can't wait for the cruise; the last few weeks have been insane here at work. And here is another impressive lightning shot:
