In general, the biggest thing to bear in mind when shooting in cold temperature is that the batteries won't last as long - might wanna bring an extra set.
Otherwise, your gear should be able to handle the cold alright. When moving from a cold place (outside) to a warm place (inside) or vice versa, it's advisable to let the temperature of your camera equalise to prevent condensation and other nasty things; you could keep it in an airtight plastic bag for this purpose.
But hey, there's a lot less to worry about than if you were shooting film in cold weather! Have fun on your trip, and remember to correctly compensate exposure for that snow!
