For Sydney Shooters...anyone shot a show on the Opera House Forecourt?

I scored some Bjork tickets for January and I am working on a photo pass.

Has anyone shot a Forecourt concert with a press/photo pass?

If I can't get a pass I will shoot from the crowd. Anyone have experience with that?

From memory, you will definitely be in need of a good telephoto/400mm prime

shooting from the side of the stairs is the norm for Opera House shows I'm pretty sure

just looking at your setup....might want something a little better than 200mm if you're shooting for a publication
