This thing happened to me in a professional office environment:

We were finishing a project and the mood was excited and friendly. I brought my camera to take some pictures....

I was taking some gruop pictures and one girl proceeded to jump up and turn her juicy behind for the camera :shock: It was one of those "spur of the moment" things (or "let's get naughty for the camera" thing :shock: ), but the resulting digital image had her face and her butt clearly displayed :lol:

A few minutes later she realized that a pic like this could hurt her career and DEMANDED I deleted the pic.

I did delete it, but not without teasing explanation that I am free to do what I want with the pic.

Question for the legal experts: "Did I have the rights to the pic?"

Sure you did! I doubt she would've signed the release form though. :wink:

If you have not written any new pictures to the CF card you can use un-delete utiltities to recover :twisted:

Did she "moon" you or just turn her backside toward you? I can't see the big deal he there is no skin.

My fiancé has had me delete shots before but they were probably a bit racier than what you had.

I think we should vote... post up! :lol:

And that was the right thing todo as she in Your own words clearly stated that You could not use it so it would be highly unethical to use it.

It happened again. We were going downdown with my friend and I was waiting for him in a subway station. I had nothing to do, so I was taking wide angle architecture shots. 2 girls come up and start showing stuff. :shock:
