I have never used an action before, but I downloaded the Midnight Seipa in a zip file. When I open it up with Photo Shop (PSE 2.0). Do you know how to get to it from there?? Is it actually in PS??? Sorry if it is a silly question, thanks for your time.

When I unzip an action, it takes me either directly to the page that asks me what program I want to use to open it, or to PS. Once in PS, look under the tab labeled actions, and it should be there. You will click on the action so that the arrow "turns", and the next line down is typically the instructions. Highlight that line, and hit play (at the bottom of the "actions" tab) and the action will run automatically.

Actions don't work in Photoshop Elements. You have to have a full version.

Some of them can. I used actions in PSE3 all the time. It just takes a bit of effort to get them there and working.

THIS (http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pselements/qt/actions.htm) might help a little.

I can't help with getting it to work, but I posted a thread a while back about doing it step by step in PSE, you can try that...
