If its a concern to you, why not buy that domain name as well?

Are they in the same line of work?
Do your sites look similar?
Are you having problems?

It's probably a non issue. Anymore I think you will see a fair amount of this as more folks get into the site game. It probably wouldn't bother me - my site is unique.

They actually just have a placeholder there for the domain, so I won't worry about it.

It sounds like they intend to build a website at some point, but wanted to reserve the domain until they complete the design work. I did a similar thing a few years back when I thought I was going to do my own site design.

Tim and talent factors prevented me from building the site as quickly as I wanted :rolleyes:.... I ended up hiring a pro (which was pretty smart) and concentrating on taking pictures. All in all my domain name sat unused for a little over 2 years.
