I am about to sign up with zenfolio to start hosting and selling my photos. My question is how much of a cut does the ezprint or mpix get of each photo you sell to be printed?

If you sign up for the pro level than you can set your prices and zenfolio gets 12% plus the base cost of printing, the rest is yours.

I know it's off topic, but Exposure Manager charges 10%...

What made you choose Zenfolio? I'm curious.

I'm not OP but did choose Zenfolio over ExposureManager. EM gave more flexibility when filling orders in that you can have orders be delayed while you PP the image, but Zenfolio looked a lot better and as my business "store", the way it looks matters to me. Zenfolio is planning to add this ability in the future so EM's advantage will go away. In the interum, I'll PP my pics as needed prior to posting.

Also Zenfolio allows me to set prices and gives me some choice with labs.

So with Zenfolio you have to edit the photos before posting online? That's a monumental waste of time if you're shooting a lot of events/photos. I did that when using shutterfly and it wasn't worth it at all because the time it wasted.

As for look, you can make Exposure Manager look ANY way you want.

That was very little work to costomize it fully with my normal site.

Also, EM allows you to choose your own lab as well. It is good that Zenfolio gives you a choice between MPix and EZPrints it looks like, I'd stay with MPix personally.
