Sharper Images?

I feel like everything i shoot is too soft... there isnt the amount of detail i feel this camera and lens set should be providing, especially in comparison to work of others with similar gear

what can i do to get better quality pictures, i feel they are good, but not where they should be in regards to their clarity...

Use a tripod or shoot at a faster shutter speed.

Its really hard to say anything else without seeing examples and data.
