it's too simple - they could just cut the bottom from the image and no one would know the difference. or if they were more high tech, they could clone it out..

ultimately, you want to have something like this - it needs to be not too interfering, but it still needs to be able to somewhat 'stand out'. (this is just a quick job too)

preferably, you should watermark it with your domain so if it is linked to / printed with a watermark people will know where to get a proper copy.
