I have a G3 and a LA-DC58B adapter for my extender. I can not remove the adapter from the camera body. The release button can be depressed and the adapter can be rotated to some edegree however it DOES NOT COME OFF. It went on smoothly however apperently the dots were not lined up. any advice on how to get it removed.
Thanks jeff

It's happened once with my G5. I use a long needle and I pushed on the metal lock between the adapter and the lens(vis-a-vis the release button). In same time I turned the adapter CCW. Piouf! If you push on the unlock button you don't go enough deep.

This happend when you screw your TeleConverter on the adapter after having fix it to your camera. You should always screw your Teleconverter to your adapter before fix it to the camera

Thanks. Just got it off by pressing as hard as i could on the release button and pulling the adapter up (especially near the release button point) with a little force. Wasn't too comfortable about using even "a litle force" on the camera but it worked.
