Naw, a half-dozen other embargoed sites have had these cameras for some time now, altough they have been termed pre-production by Canon, so they have been forbidden to post any pictures until Monday (or the reviews until product announcement).

I understand that everyone that is supposed to get a production camera is flying to New York this weekend, where they will be all handed out personally on Sunday. There is small initial production run, and they are all going to reviewers and regional reps.

Sure will be a lot of snappin' going on, for all those reviewers to make the Monday deadline for posting pictures....

Canon Japan posted three sample pictures, but they aren't worth looking at IMO, because none of them were taken with any of the new lenses. Who cares what they look like with a 50mm f1.4? We all know that's a sharp lens and the body will produce sharp, noiseless photos -- that's a given.

What I want to see is test shots using the new zooms.

I dont care about the new lenses, i care about the high ISO's, which as you said none of them are.
