Snippets doesn't work anymore

I have been using snippets for quite a while, but it has suddenly stopped working. I suspect that my ISP has changed something but I'm not sure what. To see the error go to http://www.gillyworld.com/index_page.php any ideas??

To me it looks like they have reseted your site, if you see
http://www.gillyworld.com/ you get a new site info. Contact your server support to check what is going on. Or see with ftp what files you have there.

Just as I posted this my ISP had a total server failure. It is back now so you can see the problem that I have with snippets

seems they are still having problems as i'm not able to connect to your site via domain name or direct IP contact...

Well whatever the problem was has been resolved now that my ISP has restored service so it must have been associated with the problems that they were having with their servers.
