Gidday MJ, think it a plant louse nymph, not to sure, but heres a couple of my pics, 2nd pic the very happy parents.

Interesting captures MJ and Craig- haven't seen these before- almost look like mealy bugs apart from the winglets - just baby shieldbug type things ?
