Fonts on Business Cards

Hi,

I am about to print my first set of business cards so I can hand them out to the parents at an upcoming kids christmas party.

The question that I have is, has anyone had any problems with using any particular fonts when printing business cards?

I have been told that maybe using general fonts may cause problems printing so I should create my own. I have created a photoshop image with the fonts in that which i was planning to upload to get my card printed. Won't it just print as is?

I don't have time to create my own fonts so am wanting the quickest but most effective options.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
