Digital question

I am just looking at getting a DSLR and how a newbie question. Can you take a double exposure on a DSLR or do you just have to combine the photos in photoshop or another program like that. Also I am looking into different photo programs and am wondering on peoples opinion on different program. I am a student so I can get photoshop CS for $300 but is there another type that i should look at. I pick up computer programs fairly quickly.

No, you'd have to do that in post-processing. Photoshop is the defacto standard for image editing, so if you can get a 'deal,' you're that much furhter ahead than all of us who paid full price.
