Nice shots. Could've sworn I was looking at De La Salle there for a second, though!

Great shots. It's weird to see Skyline in this forum. They are our rival High School. In picture 2, player #8, a captain, is my good friend.

That's cool, but you won't take down the Indians this year! :D
This was the Skyline vs. Lakes game, right?

Indians? Thought you are now the Eagles? See you on the diamond, meat! :)
And yes, Skyline vs. Lakes.

Oh, we might officially be the Eagles, but the true fans still know that we're the Indians. :)

I shot football for the first time the other night and, just like any other sport, it really comes down to timing and knowing the game. Those are some nice pictures. I cant wait to get out and do some more football myself.
Im assuming that those were with the TC? I see these wonderful pictures from people who use it but when I tried one, it made my images horribly soft.

whys he calling me meat?
You crazy kids and your movie quotes. Nice shots Ronnie, doing more than I did (which was nothing). Liking #3/6 the most, good action/color/etc. Now just remember come baseball season you gotta play 'em one day at a time. You're just happy to be here, hope you can help the ballclub. You just want to give it your best shot, and the good Lord willing, things will work out!

I could be wrong, but I think he's calling me meat, as in they are going to kill our school in baseball, which is an impossibility.

Ha, well I didn't want to screw up the line and think people actually thought I was asking "why's he calling you meat".

Yes, all were taken with the 1.4 TC, and while it softens the images some, USM can do wonders.

Thanks Mike.
My summer league coach played in the minors for the Braves, and he was calling us "meat" years before Bull Durham hit the movie screen.

Issy may have the better team on paper but nothing is impossible.

Do it! You won't regret it!

I think Chandler's a young buck and may not know who Crash Davis is. ;)

For shame, consider it a research project.
The real life "Crash Davis" was my hitting instructor when I made a comeback the first time, he owns a baseball school I hit at. Was featured on Johnny Carson as the "Real Life Crash Davis". Little blurb I'm sharing for no reason at all...
One of our favorite minor leaguers was Rick Lancellotti, whom the sportswriters liked to call a real-life Crash Davis. Here are the places Rick played: Charleston, Salem, Buffalo, Portland, Amarillo, Hawaii, San Diego, Wichita, Oklahoma City, Las Vegas, Tidewater, Phoenix, San Francisco, Hiroshima, Pawtucket, and Boston. (And you could probably add some winter ball towns, too.) A big free-swinger, Lance led four different leagues in home runs, and was popular everywhere he played. He hit 276 homers in the minors, 2 in the majors, and 58 in Japan. He's said to be working on a book, and we'd love to read it.

DLS has silver helmets, but I agree.
#3 is a great one to me.
