I think that the third image is the best of the three, and feel that it would work better without the building in the background as the lighting is so nice on the foreground.
Perhaps a controversial view, but if you have opportunity to go back and shoot some more it would be interesting to concentrate on the water and boats only.. i think you could get some great shots.

As it is, I think you have captured some decent enough shots there

This is all my opinion, and I'm no pro.

Thanks mollydood, I will dig in my pictures , probably I'll find a picture where I've been focusing more on the foreground, good point although I was thinking that the building was adding some perspective to the shot
thnkas again

indeed, the background probably does add some perspective, but I'm drawn to the water and boats, just for that nice lighting, and thus it seems to make sense to dominate the picture with this area.
I see you have added another picture, I like it, although technically you could probably say it was a little blurred, but then I think the lighting is pretty difficult to deal with (extreme light and extreme dark). My thoughts are that it may work better with the low to medium light boat/water section, as opposed to the overall view encompassing a massive dynamic range like you have in those pics (big bright lights). Just thoughts, I may be totally wrong :-)

I agree with Molydood the third one is better, could do with the horizon straightening though, its a little bit tilted.
Great night shot
