Is there anything on God's earth that can carry a couple of camera bodies, a bunch of lenses, pocketwizards, flashes, various other crap AND a 17" MacBook Pro?
I don't think I can lug 3 bags around anymore...
I've looked all over the place and can't seem to find anything that'll hold all my gear and the laptop... Oh, and it needs to be on wheels.

See my review of the ThinkTank Airport Acceleration, here - http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=393637 - and then consider whether the larger Airport Addicted would suit your needs.

I would consider the Crumpler Dick Casey. (http://www.crumpler.co.uk/?page=details&product_id=DCPH-004)

Obviously, you could mount on a luggage trolley contraption though.

If you don't mind spending $350 (US dollars) this is the only way to go:
http://tenba.com/pc-874-3-shooutout-large-rolling-backpack.aspx
I've fondled, played with, and finger-diddled this bag at my local dealer several times, and have concluded that the Tenba is the best bag of this type.
I especially like the fact that the backpack straps and waist belt can be secured and hidden. The extending handle can also be hidden, and best of all, the bag is actually wearable, the wheels don't dig into my back.
I've got one of these bags in my shopping cart on amazon, I just need to click the "Place Order" button!
Let us know what you get.
Best,
Michael

I was also tired of carrying multiple bags with as much as I travel. I got the LowePro Computrekker Plus AW about 1 year ago and it is great. I can fit all my SLR gear, 17" laptop, Sony HD video camera, 3 Segate portable hard drives, box of tapes, travel router leather portfolio and all cables/power supplies associated. It is very heavy (50 lbs) and I wish I'd gotten the wheeled version, and airport security loves to search it. It should fit the bill for you. Be sure to get the plus version as the regular size did not accommodate a 17" lappy.

The Tamrac Turbo CyberPro, (where do they come up with these names?), specifically notes that it accommodates the 17" Macbook Pro. I've seen this bag and it is very well made. If you are interested in this style of bag it might be worth a look.

check the lowepro Stealth reporter AW650
http://www.lowepro.com/Products/Shoulder_Bags/notebook_camera/Stealth_Reporter_650_AW.aspx
I have it for my gear which is not that big from the signature you can see, but still holds my hp 17"notebook and my Creative Zen 60GB player and a bunch of cables and charges for my 2 mobiles phones too.

ThinkTank Urban Disguise 60 (http://www.thinktankphoto.com/ttp_product_UrbnDsgs.php) is another that you should consider.

I know I'm late to this thread but I just got an M-Rock McKinley (http://www.m-rock.com/mckinley-48-48.htm) that fit my gear great. I haven't traveled with it yet but will be taking it to England in February.
