I Have A Canon Power Shot S100 and in Zoom Browser Ex ver. 2.2.0.16 and Windows 2000 Pro. I get error message "E-Fail Occured in program" when I open Zoom Browser. Any help greatly recieved. Also are there any links to sites that have updates and patches

Updated software and other downloads for the S100 are here (http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=DownloadDetailAct&fcategoryid=322&m odelid=8258). There are several ZB updates; the current version is about 4.6. As for the error, is it a Blue Screen, a pop-up window, or what exactly? What, precisely, are you doing when this happens? Just clicking on the desktop icon? Auto-run from connecting the camera? Choosing ZB from the menu? Is the camera connected at the time? Are you using a card reader?

Small gray pop-up appears with the error. it appears with and with out the camera attached. It appears when the program opens from the desktop icon., Programs then seems to continue but when you try to open a file the error re-appears. I will update the program and see it this will fix it. ZB work well on this computer for years
