You got a defective camera. You purchased it in a different country from where you currently reside. This means it's considered grey market because Canon has no proof it isn't anything but a grey market camera. I sympathize with you, but there's nothing anyone else here can do for you.
Now you're going on to outline other people's problems, and it seems you're doing so in an attempt to smear Canon's good name.
It's annoying, and it's taking away from the value of this board, and other boards that are dedicated to the Canon community.
Please stop. You aren't accomplishing anything. We cannot solve your problem, nor does it seem you are even interested in solving your problem.
