i need help

I have to do a picture taken while in motion and while driving I took several pictures and this is the only one that was remotley good however there is an issue with me...the crosses look very odd, I'm not sure if it's because they're so dark or because of their size or position so I was debating on if I should edit them out, but I'm worried if I do that there will be a severe lack of focus in the picture.

I think you were quite lucky to get that shot - it's quite interesting and has an excellent composition. I wouldn't change a thing.

Other than the weird scribble things in the crosses, what do you think looks weird about them? IMO, they provide a nice balance to the picture, and give you a basic adherence to the rule of thirds in all possible combination of thirds.
