i mainly rely on histogram to get correct exposure either when i'm shooting or post processing, however, when in post processing, it provide RGB histogram as well as exposure histogram.
does anyone know how to read RGB one?

With a single luminosity histogram, you can see if you've blown out highlights (on the right side of the histogram). With separate R, G and B histograms, you can see if you've blown out the separate colour channels. It is possible, for example when you make a photo of a bright red subject, that the red channel is blown out while the green and blue are not. On a luminosity histogram, you won't notice as quickly that the red channel is blown out.
