Dear colleagues,
I need the specification of the (very small) fuse INSIDE the cameras body. Yes, I dismounted my camera and need to change it!! but I don't know this fuse's specifications. (I burned it!!) It jusst says "P40" on the top.
Does anyone know it?
Thanks (a lot) in advance
PS: sorry, but nowadays it is impossible to send the camera for a service in Argentina!! :(

The fuse is labelled with F. I have burned it too and I have changed it... but the camera still doesn't work... and I don't know what to do with it. (Anyone want any spare parts?)
Fusca, if you're still around, drop a message.

Any tips for opening the S10 case?
I've to open a S20 because it has a stuck lens.

There is a website that has PDFs for this kind of thing. It has the S10 too. I cannot remember the exact URL now, and the forum where I saw it is down these days. When it'll be back online I'll let you know.

Finally, I solved the problem of my S10, changing this "kind of" fuse with another one... in fact it was not the same size, this one was bigger, but it was "what I had" and found the space enough to solder it.
Now... the camera has been working perfect for more than 6 months.... and my girl gave me the battery charger as present for my birthday!!

I dismounted my camera's cover with no problem, just TAKE CARE about what and how you dismount each part!!
