How do i get this sort of color grading done? do u know of any good plugins for color grading?? I tried replicating this color using photoshop can anyone help me out

You might want to clarify your meaning by "color grading." I don't see a lot of color here.

Maybe you refer to the background. It seems to be a very neutral background, possibly white. Immediately behind the subjects it appears closer to white, and then it falls off darker toward the edge.

I would think that it was done by proper spacing of the camera to the subjects, and then the subjects to the background, and then with the proper intensity of flash fired. There may have been a background light. All of that seems pretty ordinary.

your talking about the way its composited... I know that but how do i get this color temprature.. the color grading... of the image... its as iff they just took out the reds im some parts but left it normal on the lips and his tshirt...

i hope im making sense

The image looks like it was shot with cool (i.e. not warm) studio lighting and processed with high contrast.

You could get something similar by doing the following in photoshop:

-with an adjustment layer (curves or brightness/contrast), increase the image contrast

-change the blending mode to luminosity - that will increase contrast without shifting colors to more saturated, warmer tones.
