First try at shooting a night game (or two), was quite a challenge, but I think they turned out alright. C&C Welcomed!
(Pictures are hosted on my website, didn't want to waste bandwidth to rehost without watermark, so please keep watermark comments to a minimum.)

First game, 6:00pm, Sun was already down, field lights only:

I think they're better than alright, Nick -- they're excellent considering the ambient light conditions you surely must have encountered. Thanks for embedding EXIF too because among other things you proved that with skill a lot of little league action can be stopped at 1/250 shutter speed.

Very nicely done under tough lighting conditions.

Great shots considering the conditions.
You have captured some real intensity in the players faces in most of the shots.

Very very nice shots 1st image is little soft (out of focus, slow shutter speed) but rest are good. I like 2nd and 5th from 1st post.

Good pics! Sorry for the noobish question, but whats the easiest way to get a whole batch watermarked like you did?

Thanks everyone. The lighting conditions were, to say the least, hellacious. The field lights cycled, so about a third of the shots had to be tossed due to half the frame being right and half the frame being orange. This was my first attempt at a night game, and I think my 'little' 70-200/2.8 did alright.

I individually watermark each of my photos to ensure that faces aren't covered by the watermark. I also like to keep the watermark slightly intrusive to keep the customer's from cropping out the watermark, so I have found that the most effective way to do it is by hand.

(Guess I should've made a thread for each game due to picture limit ;))

Very nice! My favorites are #3 and #5. I've never tried baseball at 1/250, may give it a try in the Spring games where the light fades fast after seeing these.
