Somehow this picture attracted me. It must be the combination of the yellow lines, the sky and the frames of the windows. Took it in England (Berwick upon Tweed)
What do you think?

could you straighten it up a little? I find that distracting
the colours are good though, and you could easily clone out those wires which I also find a little distracting. I thik it has potential, maybe even as a black and white

A B&W version would be nice.
The colours look a little 'flat' on my monitor, making the image a bit drab overall - might be worth adding a bit of saturation and beefing up the contrast a little?

yup, colour is a bit flat, try satuation, and straight up a bit, i also agree on mono version.

Definitely lose the wires. Straighten it up. May require perspective distortion editing since shot was taken from a low angle.
