I found this building a bit weird because it is centered in Georgetowne with all dark red brick buildings around it.

It's a good photo.
I think it would have been much better if you would have taken this shot from the front of the building rather than a small angle, and crop the bottom part to the stairs.

The inclined lines (the street, the stairs, and the small angle make me think the whole picture is leaning over to the right).

Perhaps some perspective distortion correction is in order here. Photoshop has a good feature for fixing perspective distortion which is usually caused by aiming the camera up at the subject.

If there was room, you could also back away from the subject and shoot with a longer focal length. That will help reduce perspective distortion.

Good photo. Interesting building. Can't read the plaque on the left side of the stairs. What is it?
