Thanks for the feedback Neil and Steve, appreciate it. These white birds are pretty tricky to expose correctly, under-exposing (-1/3 exp comp) work very well here though.
Yip, haven't posted much here lately. Nice to post again and to view some of the latest images from you guys.

Great job in terms of capture, composition, and exposure. I have learned to set my cam at -2/3 and work with raw. Since doing that I have not blown out whites.

Yip Mike, all of my bird images are photographed with the 400mm 5.6 and 10D body.
