I am humbled being given the opportunity to photograph this living legend. I was able to meet B.B. at his hotel before the show, I am waiting for my guitar to pour out some magic as soon as I pick it up!!

A bit oversharpened but excellent captures! I love that he uses that full range of facial expressions at every show! So, how did you manage to meet with him before the show.

Thanks for the comments. I have a habit of doing some minor oversharpening..my touch I guess as long as it doesn't really change the photo.

In Lowell you just hang out in the hotel lobby before the show. I walked over while he was being wheeled out and shoook his hand. It's a very quick time, I walked behind him all the way to his bus. He is open to saying hello and smiling a lot but will not sign anything. I saw a croud waiting for his return when I walked past the hotel after the show.

Great shots! I was able to go on his bus to take pictures of him meeting a few sponsors of his show. Then at the end I handed my camera to someone else and had them take my picture. He is so nice to talk to but he keeps his bus really warm.

Lucky dog! :-) I wonder what makes one venue so different from another ... I know some places folks couldn't get creds!

i like 1, 3 and 5 the best. some of the others could either use a bit of a crop, or dial down the exposure to save some blown highlights.
