It was actually, accidental shot, and idea to turn it upwards came to me right before posting, but I notice, most my good shots happen accidentally ))

Strange, maybe she had a dab experience with St.P, been there in a bad weather? I do not think I would like to live there, but love to visit from time to time. Here is small set of pictures from St.P done by me at different time:

As for my girlfriend I don't really know, she is actually Russian herself and says St P'burg has lots of crime, I think when she went there it was raining too like you said so that may not have helped.

OK, I understand, but I am sure, as though she is Russian she is not from St.P. I am from Moscow, and seen zillions of people being depressed from big city, the same story with, say, London or New York.

But keep trying to get with her in St.P in summer. lovely city, like a huge museum, reminds me Amsterdam a little bit, but much bigger and grandiose ...))
