Nice cityscape. Maybe if you cropped it so there was slightly less foreground. I don't know if that would improve it, but the central theme of this photo seems to be more in the distance.

I quite like it.

I take it there wasn't alot going on in the sky at the time ?

I do like to colour contrasts between the left and right hand side of the photos. There are also some interesting shadows to the right, makes me wonder what is causing them.

If the object of the photo is to get people thinking then you have succeeded.
