Would a medium format camera of 6x4.5mm scanned image be better for a 12x10 or higher size photo, than a 35mm 6 to 8MB digital camera??

All I can say is that I sold all my medium format camers (Bronicas) after I printed my first 30x40 from a Canon D60. I now also have a
D1 Mark II and I have never looked back. Using the right techniques and lab, you should have no problem creating large prints from a 6 mega pixel camera. Just my opinion.

The camera is called 1D Mark II, not D1. You've even spelled it incorrectly in your signature.....
