would have preferred a UWA lens for these, but gotta work with what I've got I guess :) C&C much appreciated. thanks! Total of 8 images in the series, so four consecutive posts (sorry). Also, can't figure out how to number images to make them easier to reference with c&C (sorry again)

3 and 7 do it for me. In those pics there is a focal point where my eyes lead me. But, the others are nice as well but just very plain to me... It doesnt pop to me.

I think number 3 is the best of the series.
There is a guy that does this same kind of thing that lives in Sausalito which is about an hour away from me. They are really awesome to see up close.
The rest kind of look like snapshots to me. Please take this criticism with a grain of salt as I am still a beginner.

While I see signs of artistic creativity in arranging the stones into interesting and even gravity defying designs, I am afraid that I don't see those same signs in the creation of these photographs.

great comments so far. please keep them coming.
i agree about the tenuous composition. are there any suggestions for perspective/composition that any of you would have chosen? i found this shoot really challenging because of the "boring" background (dull, no colour, etc.). i'd really like any suggestions for composition if possible.... thanks everybody.
