bikenashbar.com (or just google nashbar) they are pretty good...you could also try amazon.com

Those are all great bike estores. Add to that jensonusa.com, some great deals there and they have a huge inventory of small parts. ProBikeKit has inexpensive handlebar tape, great quality. Try Sierra Trading Post too, sometimes they have great bargains on bike apparel. The inventory is sparse though.
