Zoom browser issues

I have been using zoom browser for over 2 years on different computers and have had no issues. My HP laptop died recently and went out for repair. It's back now working better than ever, but now I'm having ZB issues. When I got "aquire" images, I receive an error. "Cameralauncher.exe failed" or soemthign to that extent. Re-installed twice now...with no luck. Any recommendations?

Which version ZB do you have?
I had problems with earlier versions, but 5.8 works fine..

Vista isn't the problem. Mine runs flawless.

When you uninstall are you making sure on the reboot the camerlauncher.exe isn't running? Kill the service. Reinstall.

I actually have the kiss N which is the XT, the Kiss X is the XTi

Anyways, Hermeto, THANKS! The link had the newest version and I just downloaded it and it worked. Looks a little different but same idea. Appreciate your help!
