Now there's some really good pictures that certainly inspire me to try harder.
I love the 1st and 3rd ones like most other's who've commented, particularly the fine print feel of the first one, and the way you've framed all 4 props in the 3rd.
However, the 2nd one had me thinkig the most about "how"... I think it's the way that the shot has been taken makes it seem like the runway is elevated above the photographers feet... i like the angle a lot... thanks for sharing.

It is above my feet a little. It's just the way this small airport is laid out. Here is the color version.

I think it's a great perspective, and also caught just at the right moment, with the leading edge perpendicular to you... :)

Love the B-17 shot but they are all nice.. great B&W conversions
