A few more---I don't know what happened to blue up the female but the DNG was blue as well----I actually turned down the saturation---what could it be??

Wow, the head on that bird is huge...looks like something out of an old si-fi movie...cool shots...steve

The head has a large tuft of feathers the duck raises up when alarmed, giving the appearance of a large head---

Very nice Jim....we have lots of Common Mergansers at our cottage but I've not yet seen a Hooded Merganser. They are a beautiful bird and that is so well shown in your second shot.

Went back to LR and desaturated the blue channel and got this---better I think??

Very nice Jim. I have no idea what did the blue shift. I'd be interested in hearing what caused that. :)
